Steps for filling the Application form

*NOTE: Please note 18% GST is applicable on Transcript Fee.

  • Click on New Registration link to fill your Transcript Verification Form.
  • Fill the required Information. You will get a SMS & Email of Username and Password after submitting the form.
  • Login with the received Username & Password.
  • Fill the Examination details for which you want to verify. Add all exmainations separately one by one. Upload the pdf file of your DMC/Degree. Maximum size of pdf file can be 4 MB.
  • Fill Dispatch Address Details. You can dispatch your application to many Instituitions/ Universities so you can add many dispatch addresses.
  • Upload the pdf file of your Residence Proof. It should be of same address which you have entered on Registration Form. Maximum size of pdf file can be 2 MB.
  • Upload the jpg file of your Signature. Maximum size of jpg file can be 200KB.
  • Upload the pdf file of your Review Form. Maximum size of pdf file can be 2 MB.
  • Verify your details on Complete Application Form page.
  • Pay Fee by Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI or through Net Banking. Check Fee Details for calculation of your fee.
  • Keep checking your Application's dashboard for checking the status of your application.
  • Please Email the corrections at [email protected] if you receive any Email/SMS about discrepancy in your application form from Certificate Section, Panjab University after submitting the form.
  • If there is any Pending Fee Discrepancy in your form which is intimated to you by Certificate Section then pay your pending fee at http://payonline.puchd.ac.in and upload the pdf file of Fee reciept at the Dashboard after Login.
  • Important Instructions

  • No person is entitled to apply on someone’s behalf or receive his or another person’s Transcripts Verification of Qualification/Attestation of Photo Copies of Certificates from this office. These will be directly mailed to the concerned Institution/s by the office within 21 working days from the date of receiving the completed application with full fee as per University rules.
  • The fee will be charged separately for each Institution/University and afresh each time an application is made for the purpose.
  • The full Postal and Courier expenses (exclusive of Transcript Fee) for dispatch of Transcript/photo copies of certificates shall be borne by the applicant only.
  • Please enter Name, Contact Number and E-mail Address carefully. Username and Password will be sent to the mentioned Contact Number and E-mail Address.
  • Form cannot be edited after the final submission.
